The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 3, line 11, by inserting a new subdivision (4) to read as follows:

“(4) Primary care physician or attending physician; or”

And,

Renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly;

And,

On page 5, section 3, line 50, by striking the following, “of the county in which the individual resides”;

And,

On page 8, section 4, line 27, by striking the words, “this chapter” and by striking “subsection (r)” and inserting “subsection (s)”;

And,

On page 9, section 7, line 6, by striking the following: “and the case is converted to an involuntary hospitalization case under article five of this chapter”;

And,

On page 17, section 16, line 27, by striking subdivision (6) in its entirety and renumbering accordingly.
